Jillian Noel Hennessy

Jillian Noel Hennessy was born on November 25, 1968. She is a Canadian actor, singer and musician. Her most notable roles include American television's Law & Order where she was the prosecutor Claire Kincaid for three seasons and Crossing Jordan for six. She was also a part of films such as RoboCop 3 & Most Wanted and independent films Chutney Popcorn & The Acting Class. The latter was also directed and written by her. Hennessy was born in Edmonton, Alberta. John Hennessy, her father was a meat-salesman, as well as an executive in marketing and sales. His work required a lot of traveling, which meant numerous changes for the entire family. Maxine Her mother was a secretary. Her daughter was abandoned by Eleanor Her paternal grandmother in Kitchener, Ontario. John Paul Hennessy Jr. has a younger brother as well as Jacqueline is a twin sister. Jacqueline works as a journalist and host on a Canadian TV program. Hennessy is a mix of Irish, French French, Swedish and Italian heritage on her father's side and mostly Ukrainian Roma on the mother's. She graduated from Grand River Collegiate Institute and Stanley Park Senior Public School. Hennessy was the sister of her brother who made their debut on stage in 1988 as twin call-girls in Dead Ringers. She was short listed for the role of Dana Scully on The X-Files according to Gillian Anderson, the actress who eventually got the role.She was in Broadway in the musical Buddy the Musical - The Buddy Holly Story in 1990.In 1993, she starred as Dr. Marie Lazarus in RoboCop 3.In 1993, Dick Wolf signed Hennessy as assistant district attorney Claire Kincaid in the NBC crime drama Law & Order. The role was played by her for three seasons, and was fired in the year 1996.
